Good morning. I usually sleep well, but last night wasn't my best...maybe something was in the air.

Happy birthday to Chris...I'm sure he's already looking forward to the big 21 next year.

Prayers for Saundra and her dad and family.

Ross is leaving for Midland today to go back to work. Thank heavens...a month off with okay is too long. Lots to keep me busy at work today.

Gina, I don't think I could ever get tired of potatoes.  Hope Chris has a great birthday.

I am up early this morning about to pack up laptop and head to Sulphur Springs as I will be working from the hospital today which means I have to get dress today.  I stayed in my PJ's all day yesterday.

Morning all!  I'm puttering around on the computer instead of walking like I need to.  Wrote out my list of things to do today and have to get Jeff's lunch ready, hopefully before Natalie wakes up.  Will probably have another busy day at work.  I got my year end review notes written out about half way yesterday.  My boss is really encouraging me to "toot my own horn" as much as possible, so I'm working on it.

Had to take Natalie's car seat out last night and take it apart to clean the pad on it.  Took Jeff and I both quite a while to figure out how the darn thing came off, and some elbow grease to pop out a couple of the pieces.  Not a good design at all!  Now I'm going to have to reinstall it in the car so I can go out to the store after work.

Hey debbi, I HATE doing the self reviews.. its so hard to toot your own horn.. but girl!!! get after it! I know you have lots of talents and are a hard worker, and most dependable!!! Go for it!!!

Your recount of the car seat cover reminded me of us doing that with Chris's car seat years ago. It was very difficult, just like yours. I wonder why they can't figure out a better way?

Blake has a Britax. It's supposedly the best on the market. I think they not only take the manufacturing seriously but also the integrity of taking the cover off of the thing as well. I ended up with so many pieces by the time it was undone!

I slept good last night but have been having really weird dreams.   Not sure what is up with that.   I am going to make a HUGE batch of chex mix today to take to ALL my guys at Teen Challenge today.   I was told sunday night that they are on sweets overload since Thanksgiving,   LOL    I know how they feel.    Almost all the sweets here at my house went into the freezer or trash yesterday.    I have to make a grocery store run in just a little bit for the things I need for the chex mix that I don't have on hand.    Not much planned for today.   Although I know there are LOTS I could be doing.     I am NOT enjoying the colder weather.   My heater in my house has quit working and with car insurance, house taxes, Christmas and all the other expenses coming up we may try to do space heaters this year and get it fixed next year.   UGH I HATE being cold.   But so far it's OK.   Prayers for Saundra, her sisters and her precious Daddy.   Hope he improves soon and gets to go home.    Prayers still being said for Meggie and Dana this holiday season.    My parents are both gone....Dad 22 yrs......Mom almost 5 and I STILL miss them both terribly !!!   Everyone go out and have a safe and great day today.
